The INSERT is perfect to hold rice, corn, flaxseed or walnut shells and lavender, eucalyptus or spearmint.
The PILLOWCASE holds the filled insert and has a flap to fold down. Make several INSERTS with different fillings to place in the freezer or to put in the microwave.
